This is a colorful photo of mailboxes in Madrid (prounounced MADrid), New Mexico. This was an old mining town and then a ghost town, which is located on the Turquois Trail. In the 70's, hippies settled here and it became an art community. These mailboxes are inanimate objects, but they appear to be imbued with the personalities of their owners. A truck is parked behind a No Parking Anytime sign. Interesting clouds are floating in the sky.
